Sophie is involved in bodypsychotherapies since 1999. She is certified in Structural Integration and the Hakomi Method. Since 2008 she has worked with the HakomiSkills Collective in London, introducing people to the Hakomi principles. She lives and practices in Lausanne. Sophie grounds herself in the strong connection she has with nature, having worked many years as a shepherdess in the Swiss mountains. She also has great curiosity and experience of yoga and meditation.
Sophie travaille en thérapie psychocorporelle depuis 1999. Elle est certifiée en Intégration Structurale et en méthode Hakomi. Depuis 2008, elle organise des ateliers d'introduction à la méthode Hakomi avec le collectif HakomiSkills à Londres. Elle vit et pratique à Lausanne. Une vive curiosité accompagne sa pratique du yoga et de la méditation. Elle a un profond lien avec la nature, ayant été bergère dans les montagnes suisses pendant plusieurs années.
